Client portals
for your Linear workspace.

Clients get live status and can send new requests. Your team never leaves Linear.

Everything your clients need. Nothing they shouldn’t see.

Hosted, or inside your own product

Every client gets a hosted portal on your brand and domain. Or drop that same portal into your own application with a script tag or the API.

A portal per client. One workspace for you.

Spin up a portal for each client, each on its own subdomain or a domain you control. Your team keeps working in one Linear workspace, however many clients you add.

Requests that arrive with context

A request submitted in a portal lands in Linear already attached to the right Linear Customer and routed to your triage workflow. Nothing to re-type, nobody to ask who sent it.

Clients see their work. Nothing else.

Each portal is tied to a single Linear Customer. Internal notes and other clients’ work stay invisible, and the rules are checked on every request.

Set up once. Then it runs without you.

01

Connect Linear

Authorize Lucidlane once. It reads your Linear Customers, issues, statuses, and labels, and writes new requests back. Linear stays your system of record.

02

Create a portal for each client

Point a portal at a Linear Customer, add your logo and domain, and choose who can open it. That portal now shows that client’s issues, and only those.

03

Your clients take it from here

They check progress whenever they want and file new requests themselves. Everything they send arrives in Linear tagged to their account, ready for your team to pick up.

Clients chat. It files the request.

No forms to fill in. Clients describe the problem in their own words and the assistant writes it up, tags it and answers what it can. 500 conversations a month, across every portal.
